Feb 11 AM run with speed play

so morning mission done - starved run to work with speed play every 10 mins.....1 min hard..
pack was heavy this morning 21.4 lbs/9.7kg.....
my sidekick and training-partner Belle, a almost 2 year old rescue Amstaff/pitbull mutt.....got dropped off at her daycare....people laugh at us when we come running....And today I finally realize why - we look so cute ;-)  Matching colors......my backpack and her 'jacket'  
anyway- good run- a bit heavy legs...ankle is a little sore.....hmmmm.
