Feb 10th - got my new schedule and did a double
so my legs took me there and back home.
Had a massive blood sugar drop when I got home and cooked food. By the time I ate I had already lashed out at someone......
great training day not so good on handling the blood sugar.
Ok note to self - grab a fucking protein shake when you get in from a run......
