Thursday - Lovely Thursday!
I worked all day today....so late workout
I had my share of snatch yesterday, legs were still wobbly at 7PM when my workout session with Coach U started.
We are working on Pull-ups....yes yes yes. Still working on them.
2 Attempts on kipping.

Last time I did 4 with the blue...so I am getting somewhere....more up :-)
Also on my list of things to master is KB Snatch.....Especially since it will be on the Fit As Fu*k Challange WOD #2 ....
24 kg for women. Hard Core.

Forearms are okay - I have an invention - Cut off tubesocks!!!!!! great as shin guards at dead lifts and if you fold them over double on your forearms you soften the blow from the KB....;-)

4x 16kg.....I knew we were going to get some KB swings going.....then he broke out the 24kg...

It felt good - fun and though!
DU's are getting better but my arms were tired....
I had fun and I was breathing pretty hard at the end.

Tomorrow is my last scheduled workout for the week, resting on Saturday and Sunday...or at least until Sunday afternoon - I am hanging out with my nephew...and he is 3....So tomorrow I am getting a hefty one....maybe a Chipper......exciting!
