TGIF

yeah...well....and I had a morning session, 10AM...
FOR TIME
280 meters rowing
28 Burpees
28 SDLHP with 20kg KB
28 Balltransport.......lay flat with a pilates ball in our hands, raise hands and feet...give the ball to your feet and lower down hands and feet...that is one...up again and 'give' the ball to your hands, that is two....you get it.....
28 C & J 30 kg
28 Walking Lunges
280 meters running

13:53..I was happy, under 15 minutes...

tried 68 cm but failed.....

30........I can do more  but I was slow in the beginning...

Then my sister's son came to hang out, we baked cookies and they are not paleo ;-) then we went swimming......
We had dinner now we are beat .....I am going to watch some live streaming from THE GAMES this weekend !!!!!!
