Food log.
6 weeks of food log and running homework from Crossfit Endurance.
Not looking to entertain you but I am sure there will be some moments once I let it all hang out.

2 eggs (one of the yellows to my dog)
100g beef pattie (hamburger -just the meat)
1 tomato
100g kale
coffee with milk (apx 1dl)
2 g fish oil
my RX medicin for my liver.
after workout a shake, lunch on the run a shake, and predinner a shake.....
Sashimi for dinner
I made it. Less shakes and more food - though
RECOVERY at the 9:00 am session
Back squats -
8 x 20 kg warmup
5 x 20 kg warm up
for 8 minutes
3 x 30 kg with speed.
rest 60 sec
felt good for the legs - recovery work
Pullup mystery-----
5 tries some with mutiple attempts to get up.
Discouraged- and felt sorry for myself...got over it
11 pullups on the blue rubberband (the lightest one)
One arm KB snatch - it is coming up on the Fit As Fu*k Challange!!! (Btw Sarah had their baby!!!! Congrats!!!!
Anyway the Monday workout was
Warm up
5 x 10kg each arm
3 x 16kg each arm.
Death by one-arm KB snatch (20kg)
1-1
2-2
3-3
4-4
5-5
FAil -fail
so 5 minutes
then I did 5 more on each arm to finish - that took an additional 2:13--
Felt okay to do the snatches....at least I am at 20 kg now.
7minutes row to cool down
