tuesday training & Wedensday training and coaching...and work

soooo.
Tuesday with coach U,
Death by Cindy sort of
1 pullup, 1 push up, 1 air squat first minute
2,2,2 2 minute, 3,3,3
until 11 minutes.....

then flip big tire and hop thru and over - flip again 4 flips then rest 10 sek.....
for 4 minutes.....
winded.

Wednesday morning.....
Coached my coach U in Running ....coool, he wanted to learn the stuff from the Crossfit Endurance Cert.
And I did my running homework day one week one (of 6)
4 x 30 secs (94-96 cadence)
drill
1 x 2 min( 91 candence)
x2

Legs okay but hamstrings and glutes are feeling it...

Then I went to my extra job ;-)

Och my god I got strong today - I probably lifed and carried over 1000 kgs...
Getting all the beverages and filling up the 6 fridges for 12 hours ...Talk about AMRAP Crossfit Endurance training....Loving it.
