Anyway got limbs moving and had a session with Coach U, at 10AM
Todays challange was Snatch Balance.

felt pretty good.
then todays WOD - Inspired by the Games
40 Lunges - alternating legs. Not walking lunges
40 Pullups - in gravitron machine with 30 help
40 Dips- in gravitron machine with 30 help
for time - 7:22
then within 90 seconds establish a max Snatch Balance.
no help loading bar.
1 x 30kg
1 x 32kg
DONE.
Then I did some 'pretty' Snatch Balance to finish off the workout ....

2x20kg
Nice, quick drops and balanced.
Now - rest for 3 hrs them AMRAP 12hrs Bar Back - loading beer and soda at Momma's Pride Park
