Friday ......running o amrap 12hr of carrying heavy loads, totally crossfit :-)

RUNNING Homework, day 2 week one- went well....9-10
Coached my coach U in running, 10-11

Then Rest 3 hrs

AMRAP 12 hrs of carrying stuff and loading the fridges....
I wrecked my hands on the sharp bottlecaps.... otherwise I feel fine - even danced behind the bar for 2 hrs...
