The information is awesome, the techniques thought are not only saving your body but also making you a better runner / athlete. I had improved 25 % from day 1, yesterday...some had improved as much as 66%
They measure:
How many frames does it take for you to hit the 4 position from when you touch ground.(the less the better)
How much time on the ground (the less the better
How much time do you float in the air (the more the better).
After the 24 sprints yesterday my hamstrings and my glutes were sore. My feet need some work on them so they were tender...my abs felt like I had been wrestling...so I guess I did alright :-)
We found out how to roll out, how to strech...even though I hate it....I will start doing it, how to strenghten your feet...
I will do the 6 weeks of homework -and send it in for review. :-)
I will start to roll out in the morning - every morning.
I will do the strenghtening and the streaching.
I will start a FOOD LOG, since the root of all evil starts there.... ( my achilles heel )
