SNATCH - yeah I got!!!!

Miss Burgener and her Dad, the Coach B, have been talking about the SNATCH lately.

So cosmically my coach got this info into his programming today  - And we did....

Burgener Warm up

Snatch Progressions
1Power Snatch
1 OHS
1 Hang Snatch
1 Snatch (Squat Snatch)
15 kg progression
20 kg progression
25 kg progression

Squat Snatch
2 x 25 kg
2 x 25 kg
3 x 20kg
3 x 20 kg  FAIL on the last one ..

Then then technical part of the day was over.....oh goodie.

WOD (Workout of the Day)
Death by SDQUAT SNATCH ......15 kg ....not that heavy but.  (Mikko Salo video of Death by C &  J)
one the first minute, two the second minute, three the third...well you get the picture.....deceiving as all mighty.... I thought I would make at least 7...
I got 9 minutes  :-)   And some wobbly legs.
