Tuesday - Cruise day hahahahahaha


Love their stuff.
Just got my first package.....
I will post more pix as soon as I wear it!!!!
Anyway - had a 2 PM session with Ulrik today.  
So today was a little strange...
yesterday my shoulders were stiff as hell....and considering what I did with them yesterday I thought they would be even stiffer today - but not! At all.

Todays gym session
Split Jerk (All made from high rack)
3 x 10 kg each leg
3 x 20 kg v each leg
3 x 30 kg  each leg
2 x 40kg  each leg pr in reps 
1x45 kg v each leg
1 x 50 kg  each leg  little after press PR in weight 
1 x 52,5 kg right foot first - FAIL
1 52,5 kg pÄ left foot front PR


'Ring upp hopp' - jumping upp into rings and lock out arm and down 
40 reps for Time 
Rings measure125cm over ground  - gotto ask Ulrik to where....bottom of ring or top?
3:38 Not bad

Pose running 3 mins (pull, pull, pull......)

Endurance training today I will skip - do some tomorrow instead. 
Got a 9AM meeting with coach U...so
