nice ending to an odd year.
I ran to my New Years dinner- with fire works and party dress in the back pack
3 miles walking and 3,5 mile run.
It was dark and icy. Foot held up but swollen after
Hip flexors very tight after icy run.....and lack of running.
Jan 1
woke up with very tight hip flexors - ankle swollen -
bodyweight workout 100 push ups 100 squats 100 situps and 30 mins of mobility -
Today I was supposed to do 14 miles - I am aiming for 2 hours of swimming tomorrow to make up for this....
Working hard on not stressing out over my bismal shape - I still have 95 days before I leave for Marocco. And I will finish this footrace.
