December 10-30

a few weeks of hard to come by training.
A month after my foot got twisted it is still giving me problems
last two weeks I have been logging about 12 miles total per week.
this in combination with a quite mediocre food intake has resulted in back at a high weigh. 

It is now or never time now. 
I have decided to stay in the race so the next 95 something days should be interesting.

Stretching - mobility-every day
running and/or swimming 6 days a week 
bodyweight movements 4 days a week.
