todays task was run for 4 hrs and eat more carbs.
I had burrito last night and oatmeal this morning......
I started my run at the house and north to 125th street - ran west to the west side high way and north up to the Cloisters Park - cut across on Dyckman St to the Harlem River , then south on Fredric Douglas Blvd to Central Park . took the clockwise loop - not a favorite but it made it very easy to look at the people. Nike and Lululemon's entire collection was on live display in the park. I mean if you wonder how something looks on just hang out in Central Park for a while and check out the show.
The run...ran about 15-20 then 2 min walk.....that was fine until about 3 hours in then the walks became longer -
I had 2 liters of electrolytes and 1 liter of water - 1/8 of a Hammer bar each stop - I ended up eating about 1,5 bar all together.
Felt nausea coming at about 3,5 hours.....legs were super stiff. Hard to start running after walking but hey I made it back to my door.
Pretty slow at times but completed. I had to see my massage therapist today - he was a bit tired after going over my legs - not lots of fluid and rest I am ready to go to sleep at 8PM.....
