August 10- Squat and Snatch


Snatch&Squat 
Fifteen rounds of: 
One Squat snatch followed immediately by five overhead squats. All 5 OHS has to be completed for the round to count. 

Choose one weight or  work your way up to your max. 

15 mins w 55 lbs 
Run 800 m before and after. 

Felt best so far overhead since surgery - could have gone up in weight but probably good to take one step at a time.
