July 8th - plate, thrusters

Sunday - fun day


10-20-30-40 situps w 25lbs plate within time limits 
30 seconds allowed for each 10 reps 



Then
 
10-10 situps and ground to overhead 
w 35 lbs plate 
20-20 
30-30 
40-40
W time limit. 
Run 600 m w35 lbs plate 

Then 
Push press and thrusters 
10-10
20-20 
30-30 
W 35 lbs bar no more 22lbs
Finished in 5 mins

body feels ok - 4th day in a row work out but I feel pretty damn good.
