July 7 - Thrusters and plate stuff

10-20-30-40-50-30-20-10-10-10 
Thrusters w 22 lbs
within time limits 30 s for each 10 reps 
so 20 you have a minute to finish....10 sec count down and then onto the next set.

Situps 
w.25 lb plate over head - touching floor back and front
10-20-30-40

Run 600 w plate

Ground to overhead anyhow w 25 lbs plate
10 x 10reps 30 sec intervals and 3 sec rest not allowed to put plate down......

good day. little tired in my legs but not bad.
