a slew of days off. 


run 600 - fast.....
tabata ghd sit ups 10 rounds
tabata DL 10 rounds @95 ??
run 600 
tabata airdyne 10 rounds
tabata KB swings 16kg 10 rounds
run 600
tabata row 10 rounds




rested an hour


then.....
tabata KB swings 16kg 6 rounds
tabata GHD sit ups 6 rounds 
tabata thrusters ladder 
2 rounds at 45 2 rounds at 65 tried the 95 no go so back to the 65 or 75 not sure 
 tabata airdyne 6 rounds
tabata row 6 rounds


sleep ok tonight I think....lots of laughs...
