600 m run 
Walking lunges w 35 lbs plate overhead 50 m
30 ground to overhead w 35 lbs plate
Walking lunges w 35 lbs plate overhead 50 m
30 box jumps 
600 m run 
Walking lunges w 35 lbs plate overhead 50 m
30 air squats 
Walking lunges w 35 lbs plate overhead 50 m
600 m run 
30 thrusters w 35 lbs plate 
Got 25 m w walking lunges 35 lbs plate over head, then it was time to run again
Run 600 m

Every 10 mins we had to stop where we were and run 600 m 

45 min cap
