July 15  2 min cal row  33,33,33 30 sec rest  2 min  Box jump 25,26,26 30 sec rest 2 min hang clean 55 lbs 50,55,54 1:30 rest between each round  3 rounds  50 thruster @ 55 lbs  w 3 burpees on the minute starting w 3 burpees.  5:33 Peace. Love. Crossfit. Life.
