What did I say 5 ??? 
After round 2 I started the negotiations with myself. You can do 3 rounds - but then I will only have done 60 ghd sit ups. Ok need to do 5... Starting my 4 th round I was there again but at that point I was all a number game -
Row strokes of 10 power 10 at the end go to the ghd do 5-5-5-5 situps then 10-10 back ext. 
Then back on the rower.....
10-10-10-10-10....... you get the picture.

This was the first time i used the undefined rest setting on the C2 Rower -awesome !!! It calculates how long my rest was and no need to scribble  or mess with phone- just get back in the seat and row. 

Today's workout was mental and physical. 
Off to the circus of life.
