June 9th Mini workout

Mini Workout - not much time so it was short and sweet -  and definitely better than nothing

Row 300 m with weight vest. Just to try it. - hard to pull to the chest - a whole bunch of weights in the way - but I tried...good to know if I want to do a combo workout

Back squat

5x 105 lbs
3 x 125 lbs
1 x 135 lbs - fail on the 2nd on....OK !! got some work to do.


10 min Airdyne - did not look at calories.....


I just came up with a devil's workout for tomorrow.....until then.......
