June 7th - some core stuff...

8 laps of


8 Pull-ups (I did mine jumping since I lost mine temporarily)

8 V-ups

8 Burpees

13:51 (w jumping pull ups)
Tabata  16 rounds 
handstand holds 
sit ups with plate (35lbs)

Tabata 16 rounds
Superman hold  / hollow rock 

I felt weak...struggled a bit and got through it. Focusing on keeping a good attitude even when I notice set backs and that I have to start 'over' in a sense.
