June 5th - 4K row then a 2K row

So I am getting back to training- started last week with every other day. This week I will aim for 4 days.
Wrist and thumb is so so ....stiff and still hurts somewhat



Did a 4 k Row 17:55.8


Rest apx 5 min








Did 2k  row 8:46.7
Not stellar times but getting a little milage in....

Stood on my hands for a little  - it worked...yay. 
Did 10 push ups that worked too..small steps.

Been on green juice for the past 8 days feel great.
