june 3rd rowing and back squat

a quick 500m warm up row....

then 500m row
2min rest and in that rest 5 back squats ( did mine at 105 lbs)
5 rounds

times were 1.59, 2.05, 2.10, 2.10, 2.14....

total time 10:40 for 2500m  2:08 average and 28 s/m

gotta get back one step at a time
