June 1st - Running and DL and some Burpees to kick it off


I made my classes do this in the morning so figured I should do the same

Warm up:
100 burpees   / 8:54 -  my wrist is not fully flexible but it was ok....just took a while.

Then 
1 Armory run (600 m)
25 dead lifts - medium/heavy 155 lbs 


4 rounds 
1st round 155lbs then 
Dropped to 135lbs for round 2,3,4 did mostly sets of 5

37:35 

I weighed myself today 173 lbs. 
So I have some extra weight again. 
Would love to be around 155 I think - more running and rowing.  And every other day at a minimum.
