May 30th - Rowing


...getting back after injury or after a 'break' in your training is not always easy...
quite a challenge, but I'll damn sure do my best.


So - Started every other day, seems to be working - doing thumb rehab as well during the day.


Today I was lucky my 6AM class was one client only 
So we did a 5K row.
Took me 23:30-not exactly stellar but it got done-
4 min rest then 
1 min row
1 min rest 
10 rounds (20 mins)


my meters 243, 235,211,239,228,225,236,229,247,238 Total 2332 total average 2:08.6, 29s/m


I will get back on track.
