June 14th - Rowing

I kind of did Mainsite from Tuesday but rowed instead of ran.


Row 1600 meters

150 Double-unders
50 Burpees
Row 800 meters
100 Double-unders
35 Burpees
Row 400 meters
50 Double-unders
20 Burpees

DU took forever and ever 
row broke out as follows
1400 m 6:58.2. 2:10.6 26 s/m
800 m 3:23.1 2:06.9 24 s/m
400 m 1:40.9 2:06.1 26s/m 

lots of work- little rest and not so much free time- not the best combo but I got the workout in at 5AM
