June 13 Mixed bag - 7 min AMRAPS

10 power clean 
Run 100m 
10 front squat
Run 100 m 
(2 laps , 10 pc100m 5 fs @65lbs)

30 sec Handstand hold
10 s rest 
30 sec box jumps
7 rounds each 

7 min amrap 
30 airsquats
10 db push press  20 lbs
4 rounds and 23 air squats 

7 min amrap w 20 lbs db 
10 (5 left / 5 right )db man makers 
 5 push ups
10 db thrusters  

3 rounds
10 man maker
5 pushups
5 db thrusters

Upper body is pretty weak. Wrist held up and so did thumb but some pain and discomfort. Icing and arnica oil on it today.
