March 22nd - micro training

So I had classes this morning and I squeezed in some micro training while demoing or as they were moving  from the lift portion to the rowing


5 x 5 strict press @ 55 lbs


10 ring pull ups - broken in pieces
75 air squats 


micro training 
but better than none........training and life
