Nov 29th - Tuesday Tabata



5 min DU practice  - it is better to be lighter when jumping.......that's apparent....still snagging around 20....but working on it 

Tabata ghd mixed with Rev hyper 6 rounds total
8 rounds burpees
8 rounds dead lifts @ 95 lbs - yes I am still staying light
10 round hand stand holds........yikes


needless to say 
I was beat.
Workouts are going well........rest of life is a bit out of place still.........but everything changes all the time so this too shall pass.
