Ok I had 3 workouts so far this week - body is feeling OK - D.T. and rowing kicked my ass though.....traps are a little upset with me.....
Tomorrow I'm thinking rowing.........got new rowers at the gym with sliders...makes rowing oh so much more lethal!!!!!
so this week I will have had 4 sessions - almost back to regular frequency but taking it very easy.
