December 6th......a new meaning to the GHD

7-8am
today's workout was 
30 sec on 30 sec off stations 
ring push ups
hand stand hold 
Rev hyper
GHD sit ups 
kb swings - did mine with the 24 kg...
after each round we got extra 30  sec rest....
5 rounds


I averaged 10 on most things....
so that was about 50 ghd sit ups...


then I missed GHD Annie the other day .....so that was to be done
50-40-30-20-10 
DU's and GHD sit-ups.....


my god!!!!


8-10am
then I took a client for a 2 hr jog.....after that I ate so much food.....


8pm....3 man 2k row....I came in last at 8:40....
tired
