I got the blessing from Coach Syn so here we go.
Today's wod for me was a rowing workout....
1-15 and back to 1
1 pull hard 3 easy
2 pulls hard 3 easy
3 pulls hard 3 easy....and so on up to 15 pulls hard and then down again

sounds simple- yeah-well try it.
at 2K I was at my personal best 8:15 and I finished at 9:21 with 2217 meters...
then I met pukie...
there has to be a first time I guess....
onward it is .
