Only one person came to the 7AM class so we did the workout together.

2 x hallway run....apx 300 meters
about 15:40
after burpees push press suck!
shoulders felt smoked....even running the shoulders were tired.
I am looking forward to the new year. And remembering 2011 as a year of change - major change.....
