Started with
Row 2 k took me 8:40.....a bit slower than my top speed.
50 DB squat clean 2x25 lbs ---wow that hurt big time.
Airdyne for 8:40 (same time as it took us to row..)
As I walked from the gym my legs felt like small shrimps, or something like that. Another day in the life of me.....
