So after a good 2 days off. Hamstring is feeling ok - even better actually. Back at it.......
Today was an evening session.
10 min l-sit practice..yeah that was interesting
10 min rev hyper mix w ghd sit up (we did 5 rev hyper reps and then we switched...for 10 minutes.....
10 min on the Airdyne ( what!?!?!?!?!quads to hell)
then
20 ft walking lunges w 15 kg barbell over head
20 thrusters
4 rounds
Rolled on the lacrosse ball and the foam roller for the back side...good stuff.
Working on form and to not stop (today I stopped on the thrusters a little - mini breaks.....they shall be even 'minier'.
Not really looking forward to Thanksgiving to be completely honest -but that might change. Onward and upward.....or at least onward for now.:-)
