Nov 18th....Death by ...always a good way to start the day

7:00 AM at CrossFit Harlem
death by ......Tabata
Deadlifts and Burpees
(Good think I didn't have breakfast first)

90lbs on bar - and average of 7 burpees ...felt pretty 'good' (in a CrossFit Harlem kind of way :-))

so 20 sec burpees 10 sec rest 20 sec dead lifts  10 sec rest .....

I think we did 20 intervals - I lost count and stopped when told...
Happy Friday.

after that I did OHS for form with the 15 kg women's bar.  Snatch up -sit low for form and work up did 2-3 reps and rest...and again....and again - thinking of everything from feet up....
