Taking it very easy and being very careful about form.
2K row - 8:30
10 x 5 wallballs @14 lbs -30 sec rest between sets.
3 x12 back ext - no added weight... carefully but also activating hamstrings
let's see what's in store for tomorrow.
feels good - I am very happy - have to take it slow and steady though.
