Nov 15th....First day back at the gym

It was great!
5 min du practice
5 min handstand practice

Wod was
Thrusters and Burpees
21t-9b-15t-6b-9t-3b
I took it real easy only the 15 kg bar.
Thinking of form and kept moving the whole time.

Practiced more DU's and handstand and hand walk...
Tried some cleans.....only to try
Felt real good to be back at the gym...I am very grateful I healed up.
