So......
8 stair runs - trying to keep up with Esco :)
2 laps around Morningside park weaving up and down stairs, clockwise (AKA wrong way)
2 laps counter clock wise (AKA right way :) )
At the top of the stairs onlast lap all was fine then as I started running my hamstring curled like a curly fry. Ouch ! Esco and I walked for a little- then we took it slow.
Work out done. Resting tomorrow.
