Sept 21-22.....rest days

So
being that the hamstring is not doing well I have an additional rest day.
I also spent the night on a plane and lost 6 hrs in time difference so today is another rest day.

I am spending a lot of time thinking at the moment.....about what I have achieved and what I want to focus on. Besides healing my hamstring my body has responded really well to the lower weight and keeping moving.  
I foresee lots of body weight stuff ...but what do I know....

I wanted to be in NYC this Saturday to cheer on my friend Esco - she is running her first marathon on Saturday!!!!!!

I am going to send her all my positive 'powers' and believe she will fly all the way :-)
