Sept 15th - stairs, boxjumps and pushups



Rest day yesterday....felt ok - I can get a little antsy but it felt good.


Today's workout was early ! 
5:30
5 rounds of stairs 
run up walk down
warm up...


then
10 box jumps
10 push-ups on incline....
1 hillrun (hill was totally wet so we did stairs instead


8 rounds.


it was the first time I did box jumps since my spill this summer.  1st set was a little rusty...the rest was okay, still need to work on the fluidity and agility. But I was glad that I had the 'strung- togetherness' still in me :-)


Today I am on day 121.....things have really changed....new stats will be posted  and new pictures will be taken at day 180...yay:-)
