I wanted to fly up the stairs.
8 x Stairs run
walk down
2 x stairs + 400m run - lovely burn after you have done the 400 to go up the stairs....
3 x stairs all the way up ......along the park, stairs down on the other side.....up in the corner and along the avenue to the entrance and back up the stairs(half way around the park) 3 laps.
Hamstring was protesting and I was slow.
Heavy legs.
Rest tomorrow and we'll see if I can get some massage today.
