Sept 12 th - run day.

Monday is run day!!!!


10 push ups
100 yard sprint
10 rounds


1 mile run
30 airsquats
1 mile run 
30 burpees
1 mile run 
for time


Took me about 55 minutes...or something


1st part was ok the push ups fairly easy today. And I stayed focused. 
The mile runs today was slow as molasses my legs did not want to agree with me at all....seemed like I had trouble focusing - yes I have to focus when I run...otherwise I get very slow and it feels very heavy.  
Hamstring is trouble ....... But I am working on it. 
Meetings and meetings for the rest of the day.
