Sept 16th- short WOD after a long day

so a long day ......
no morning workout....hit it in the evening....short and sweet

Run up the stairs and around the park apx 400 m
50 airsquats
run
50 push ups
run
50 burpees
run
50 situps

that's all today......

kept moving through for the most part.

right knee is a little swollen from box jumps yesterday
