another mental wod for me 
rowing is fine 
thursters are my least favorite lift.....together with front squats.....

25 thrusters @55lbs/25kg

broke all thrusters 5x5 but the were dreadful towards the end.




I cried from exhaustion on my way home


but I got it done.
