Warm up with 400m run
10 x 50 meter runs your rest is the walk back to the start of the run.
Cool down with 400m run (super slow jog)
all was well until my 7th round...
something happened in my right knee....oh well it is now being iced and I hope it goes away very soon.....
crap crap crap!!!
the runs before the knee incident were good.
