8th and 9th spent on planes and in meetings so rest from WODs.
got back today at 1pm.....
hit the gym although I felt like puking...or I wasn't really up for what I have left to do this week
Picked the least dreaded
Row 1 min rest 1 min for 10 rounds
hit 2000 m or do burpees up to 2000....
I hit 2648m so nooooo burbees yay - it sucked though.
tomorrow 100 pull-ups for time and 5k row or run.... yay I am so looking forward to it ;-)
