11th of June

pull-ups and running
100 pull-ups - nah but I want them!!
I got 26 pull-ups in 10 minutes - really frustrated with the fact that my pull-ups are not better. pissed me off today and really annoyed me. 

(They were doing bar muscle-ups next to me - that didn't help)
then I did some kipping swings and micro lat pulls

to the track to do my run/walk 5k - I go flat track today - no terrain - my knee is not really cooperating-note to self - don't run noon in sunny weather -it gets warm :-)

run / jog (no walking)

Cool down 
1/2 lap Walk forward
1 lap Walk backwards
1/2 lap Walk forwards

Felt better after track work mood wise.....
